I am Parvin Zare, a Master of Design student with a background in graphic design. My work explores the intersection of design, education, and emerging technologies, with a focus on supporting meaningful learning experiences in education. My research examines the widespread adoption of large language models (LLMs) in academic
contexts. Rather than restricting their use, my project investigates how LLMs can scaffold learning through the design of purposeful, hierarchical academic tasks. By engaging students in core cognitive processes essential for deep text comprehension, this work aims to strengthen intellectual skills and enhance overall learning outcomes.
