Ensieh Khamseh

Ensieh Khamseh is an architect and MDes student based in Tiohtià:ke (Montreal). Her work explores in-between urban spaces, examining how transitional environments can be reactivated through multisensory and interactive design strategies. Her approach focuses on transforming space into place through the use of light and shadow as spatial materials, supported by ethnographic observation and mapping of bodily movement and everyday urban rhythms. She holds a Master of Architecture from Tehran, Iran, and is the founder and principal of FEA Studio (http://feastudio.com/). Her practice bridges architecture, urban design, and installation, foregrounding
participatory and sensorial public experiences.
